4. Accurate billing, orders & dispatch: By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase the product from us. Orders & delivery are subject to the availability of the product in stock. We do not take responsibility of vary delivery times in case of any unforeseen or unpredictable circumstances or if the delay is from the delivery company's issues. While ordering from us you are agreeing that all the information provided by your side is accurate and true. Mentioning the details of your account, credit/debit card, UPI ID, or any payment details we will consider that you are the real or actual owner of the details you are providing & also that the account is having sufficient funds to fulfill your order.
5. Returns: Returns can be done as per our return & delivery policies.

7. Damaged Transit: These issues will be taken care of on case to case basis and as per our delivery policies. All transit damage queries will be taken if the customer informs within 24 hrs. of delivery. Our team will ensure first if the product is fit for replacement or if any other communication will be done through info@athah.co. Apart from transit damage, we do not take any responsibility for the wear and tear of the product.

Limited access to the website: We only provide you limited time access to this website which will not include downloading or copying our content, designs & details for the use of any external activities outside our business or for the advantage of any other vendor. Any unauthorized activities including unauthorized hyperlinks, data mining, and robot txt. computer software etc. will terminate your rights of access from us.
